umstead 100: quick update

So I did it! I broke the 24 hour 100 mile barrier and ran Umstead 100 Miler in 22:32. I'm sore, exhausted, but so full of life.

P.S. I think I like 100 milers a lot more now...!

hi-- great job !--- sorry i did not get to meet you---i was pacing liz from detroit from 7:30p until 1:30a---her first 100---she got too cold on her 7th loop--after her legs frooze up;so we had to head back to the start-where she decided to drop out . i was the pacer asking everyone if they were from ct.my daughter was at the 6mi. aid station with the christmas tree lights.---john kraz

I worked the time table at HQ in the afternoon and then paced two runners. You all are inspirational!
