I really loved this video. I work in education and I was thinking of how it would be great if all educators took on this same attitude about moving forward with their practice, even when change was possibly disconcerting and scary.
Also, I found your blog through the RW forum. Unfortunately I'm out of town that Friday night, but I hope you have a great race-- the course is on some absolutely beautiful trails.
